Where architecture meets interaction
To help an architecture studio present layout and design options for Interbion’s future office, DynaView envisioned a fully interactive web configurator, powered by Unreal Engine and built for real-time decision-making.
Instead of static renders or traditional walkthroughs, the idea was to give Interbion’s team and stakeholders the ability to explore, customize, and combine design elements on the fly—from floor materials to lighting—while instantly visualizing the cost of their selected configuration.
DynaView created the ultra-realistic virtual space in Unreal Engine, and partnered with vixl to make it available anytime, anywhere through the browser.
The result? An immersive tool that blends interactivity, photorealism, and business logic into one seamless experience.

UX/UI design for 3D
We designed a minimal, elegant interface that follows the visual identity of DynaView.
It blends into the scene without distraction, making it easy for users to interact, configure, and explore on any device.
Interactive functions
Users can switch between office zones, view the full layout from above, and modify several materials.
They can rearrange layouts, explore lighting scenarios, and even use a randomizer to spark new ideas, making it both practical and fun to explore different setups.
Real‑time pricing & shareable codes
Every configuration instantly updates the projected cost.
Users can also save their setup via unique links, perfect for team reviews, stakeholder feedback, or coming back later to pick up where they left off.
Back‑end & integrations
We manage session states, pricing logic, and shareable codes. Everything runs in the cloud, ensuring fast performance and reliable access across users and devices.
Streaming Unreal to the Web
We connected all the dots using Unreal Engine’s Pixel Streaming, delivering high-fidelity visuals and real-time responsiveness even on lower-end devices or mobile.
The result is a premium experience, without the heavy requirements.
